Salers cattle is an older breed that Naomi grew up raising with her family. Salers are known for their great mothering ability and easy calving. Their meat is very tender and has fantastic marbling.
Black Angus Cattle
Black angus are extremly well know in the culinary indistry for their great flavor and consistent quality. Angus also have a good reputation in the Ag industry for having large ribeye's and superb weight gain efficiency.
